I seem to be falling in love with gluten-free baked goods all across the United States.
Recently, I got to taste some products from Sweet Christine’s Gluten Free Bakery. I tried a cookie, brownie, sandwich bread, baguette and pizza crust.
Everything was great!
I used the baguette to make bruschetta for the first time since going gluten-free, which really hit the spot.
Out of everything I tried, the pizza crust was my favorite. It was thin gluten-free pizza crust done right.
It comes frozen. You just add your favorite toppings and bake it in the oven for about seven minutes. That’s it. It was easy to make and there was very little clean up – two things I value.
(I may have gone a little overboard with the cheese…Nah!)
