If you haven't heard, NASCAR's Super Bowl ad eludes to the fact that people who eat gluten-free are soft. I normally laugh this type of thing off, but this ad will be seen by over 100 million people. How to freeze fresh herbs in oil

We grew herbs for the first time this summer and loved it. It was so nice to have herbs on hand whenever we wanted them. It saved us a lot of money and time. However, the summer has come and gone, and we experienced our first morning frost yesterday. Since we couldn't bring all our herbs inside (though I wish we could), we went ahead and preserved the herbs by freezing them in olive oil. read more
