According to Cookies con Amore’s site, they baked a special assortment of some of their favorite gluten-free cookies in celebration of Spring and Easter. The cookies are hand-baked and hand-cut.
These cookies tasted delicious. As an Italian style cookie inspired by old-fashioned recipes that can be traced back five generations, they are unique in flavor. I haven’t eaten Italian style cookies before, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect.
The Glutenetto cookies were softer than I anticipated (which I love). They satisfied by sweet tooth without being over-powering. They would pair great with tea, coffee or milk. I was impressed.
I definitely recommend Glutenetto cookies. They are packaged beautifully, certified gluten-free and would make a great gift for someone on a special occasion. I felt like I was celebrating when the box arrived in the mail. Super cute and yummy.
