Back in May, I was honored to speak at my first gluten-free event. I had a blast.
I apologize. My St. Louis Gluten and Allergen Free Wellness Event recap post is long overdue. Stay tuned to my blog these next couple weeks, and you’ll learn why I’ve been MIA.
My topic was “Embracing and Advocating for Gluten-Free Living.” I spoke about why standing up for the gluten-free lifestyle is important and explained a few ways to do it.
Thank you to everyone who was in attendance. I hope you had as much fun as I did.
There were so many awesome vendors at the expo. Look at all the yummy goodies I got for being an event blogger. Nice gig, right?
I ate the nogii protein bars in a matter of days. Then I went to the store and bought more. I definitely recommend them.
Andrea’s Gluten Free is one of my favorite gluten-free companies, so I was thrilled to get a pancake and flour blend from them.
Think.Eat.Live is a brand that is new to me. I enjoyed their products because they are not only tasty, but they have nutritional value as well. Win. Win.
I’m not much of a beer drinker since going gluten-free, but my beer drinking (gluten eating) husband enjoyed the Omission six-pack.
Other fun goodies I sampled included homemade soap, an Essential Oils starter kit and an Amy Raines WildTree seasoning packet (obsessed!).
I can’t wait until next year. Thanks everyone who made this event a success.
