Delight Gluten-Free Magazine has been a resource for me since going gluten-free, so I was thrilled when I learned a Delight Gluten-Free Cookbook would be coming out this month.
Who doesn’t love yummy gluten-free recipes?
The cookbook is packed with 150 delicious gluten-free recipes, and I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek at the book before it hit shelves.
The first thing I did when I got the book was look for a recipe that I could make with the ingredients already in my house. I found the Baked Potato Chips with Parsley, Garlic & Sea Salt recipe on page 118.
It was really good. I learned that the thinner slices of potato did better, because they were crispier (which I like). I will definitely make it recipe.
I’ve also got my eye on a few other recipes in the book — Sweet Potato, Apple & Brie Gratin; Creamy Macaroni & Cheese with Turkey Sausage & Mushrooms; and Apricot Pesto Turkey Melt Sandwich.
