Oatmeal is such a great food. I mean, what’s not to love? It’s yummy. It’s healthy. It’s a win-win.
The Quaker Oats Company is in the process of rolling out its new gluten-free line — Quick 1-Minute Oats, Instant Oatmeal Original and Instant Oatmeal Maple & Brown Sugar. In order to spread the word about their new products, they flew me and several other bloggers out to Chicago last week for the Quaker Gluten Free Blogger Summit.

Eh. Close enough, because corn dogs are magical and can be paired with many, many different dipping sauces. For Part Two of my Foster Farms Gluten-Free sponsored post series (of three), I’m going to share several of my favorite gluten-free dipping sauce recipes.
When I think of football season, I think of tailgate food. It might be because I’ve never really been a huge sports fan, or it might just be because I love food.
I’m surrounded by girls (and guys) who eat gluten on a regular basis. I used to love gluten. Pizza, cookies, bread, pasta and cake made my world go ’round.
As you may know, I recently finished my master’s program.
The program’s final requirement was a thesis paper. My topic was near and dear to my heart – celiac disease.

One of my best friends moved to New York City over a year ago to work in interior design, so my college roommate and I made a trip up to visit her this past weekend.
